The journal Nature has declared this the decade of psychiatric disorders. Leading neuroscientists, including our own Nobel laureate Edvard Moser, believe the greatest breakthroughs in neuroscience will come in psychiatry. 

On the 16th of October, 85 participants gathered at Statens Hus in Trondheim for the NNN Memory Symposium - a day with basic, clinical and industrial memory research in focus. 

Friday Oct 10th neuroscience is one of the topics discussed at Skavlan, Scandinavia’s largest TV talk show, as Oxford Professor Susan Greenfield pays a visit. Greenfield has strong connections to NNN. 

​The Government of Norway launched their first State Budget on October 8th. Overall, we are very pleased with the Government’s will for innovation and knowledge.

NNN member company MentisCura, based in Reykjavik, Iceland, presented new and exciting data at the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference (AAIC) in Copenhagen in July.
